This information is used to develop The Behavior Set Theory. This theory is used to explain why wars exist and to provide approaches combatants can take to stop the Arab-Israeli conflict, the war in Iraq, international terrorism, and conditions existing in the United States, where many public policies strengthen survival forces rather than socializing ones.
